Exchanges/Store Credits

Thank you for shopping at ShopDressU.com. Our exchange and return policies are stated below.

DressU only allows store exchanges/credits within 10 days of the purchase.

1. Your package will include an receipt, or one may have been emailed to you. On the back of your receipt/invoice please list the reason for return and indicate the items you are returning by including the item number/description. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include the Invoice with the reason for return. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

2. DressU allows store exchanges/credits only. You are allowed 10 days after the purchase date to return your item(s) to us for excahnge or store credit ONLY. If for any reason, the garment has evidence of being worn, it will not be allowed to be returned, and will be shipped back to you AT YOUR EXPENSE!
